This 60-minute webcast is an opportunity to hear from Allergan’s former General Counsel, about the company’s experience with a hostile acquisition bid by Valeant and subsequent sale to another bidder.

The Latham lawyers who helped guide Allergan in responding to the bid – which was partially funded by activist hedge fund Pershing Square – will also discuss lessons learned.
